Business Scenario #4: Multiple Locations Under A Parent Company

In this scenario, there are multiple business locations, but with a parent company or other central location that handles all of the marketing and advertising. (Examples include: A chain of restaurants, retail stores, gyms, movie theaters). Each individual location services a specific area.

Suggested Options

  • The parent company signs up for a free Granza networking account.
  • When creating their ad, they select the targeting option, “Limit downline to level 1 only”. This will keep them from going viral. Then, their business locations, (Level 1) will sign up using the parent company’s promo code and join the company mailing list. As the locations use Granza, they will go viral, but the company’s ad will not.
  • The parent company needs to keep the promo code private and monitor who signs up, making sure they are actually part of the company.
  • The parent company provides their locations with a link to the custom flyer for New Granza User Sign Ups. The flyer is printed or emailed by the parent company or by its locations. As usual, the targets are any prospective new Granza users that would help the business expand.
  • Existing users should invite new users from anywhere, since they may have customers in your service area. However, your own business ad must only target your actual service area. Example: A single restaurant advertising nationally will generally not be approved. On the other hand, for some businesses, having a statewide or a national presence makes perfect sense. We may provide you with alternate suggestions.
  • Know all the ways to invite others to sign up for a free Granza networking account.
