Granza’s customizable email templates allow you to quickly and easily create, write, and send email campaigns to your subscribers. The template WYSIWYG editor (What you see is what you get) lets you customize a template using “drag and drop” technology. All choices for templates are displayed when creating a campaign on Step 2 of the email campaign wizard.
You will see five tabs:
- Default (template)
- Recently Used
- Templates
- Basic
- Create Your Own
Choose a template. If you wish to make it your default template, click “Set as Default” below the template. For more advanced users, choose the “Create Your Own” tab to edit the actual HTML code. After customizing any template, all you need to do is change your content each time you use it.
Choose the one that has the general look you want. Just because a template might be displayed as real estate, doesn’t mean it can’t be used for selling cars, etc. Before you leave any page in the campaign wizard, save your changes at the very bottom of the screen.
Step 3 lets you add graphics and content to your template to really make it your own. Make use of Merge Tags so that each one of your email subscribers gets their own personalized campaign.
You can use different templates for different campaigns. That said, using the same template(s) will help you to develop your brand consistency. People will remember your “look”. You would generally use this same look and feel throughout your social media presence.
