Much of the other screens within your Granza networking account are prepopulated based on the information in your profile. Since most of Granza is automated, you need to have an accurate user profile. It will have a direct impact on your business success. Your profile is located under your name in a drop down menu at the top right of your user dashboard. When you first joined Granza, you chose your exclusive Promo Code. Effectively, your promo code contains your entire profile, so accuracy is important.
Much of the below was completed when you signed up. Review each profile setting for accuracy:
- Your business organization type. Search for the organization type that best fits your business. To search, enter a single word to start bringing up results. Too many words may not return any results. (If you believe your organization type is not listed, send us a support ticket after you sign up. We will see if we can accommodate you or make other suggestions.)
- Business name, address and zip code
- Business website address
- Email address
- Time zone
- Password
- Phone and fax numbers
- Birthday (optional)
If you wish to delete your Granza networking account, send a support ticket request at the bottom of your user profile page.
